To start off the New Year with some new stuff, I painted up a couple of SS Foward Observer teams. If you can't paint up artillery quickly, you can always paint up the FO teams and use "Across the Volga" for your off board tubes.
SS FO teams peek across the bocage to determine what the Allies are planning.We have some US Paratrooper AA teams as well, complete with .50 caliber Machine guns. They look very neat, though with total air supremecy, I am not sure who they are going to shoot at.
They turned out really well, so we'll have to have some scenario where they get to be used on the deserving Germans. Until then, back to painting Panzer Mark IV H wheels. Ugh.
